How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the product's weight, the number of items in your order, and your specific location. Your shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on these factors.

When will my order ship?

Production begins after the pre-order window closes for each drop. Our pre-order products can take up to 6-8 weeks to ship, depending on the item’s complexity. Specific shipping ETAs and information can be found on the product page. 

If you ordered an item currently in stock, those items are shipped within 3-5 business days. However, this timeline can vary based on the current volume of shipments we are working through.

Why do you do pre-orders?

We are a small business and can only manage so much at one time. Continually having stock available makes day to day management of the business much more difficult. We also can't account for how much stock will be necessary when ordering from our manufacturers. Some items are more popular than others and will require a larger order.

We want to make sure that everyone that is interested in our products gets the opportunity to receive it, and pre-orders are the best way to make sure of that.
