Yes! We try to be as accessible as possible to people worldwide! We are still small and limited to the scope of international spaces that Shopify's base plan will allow for though. Currently we provide shipping to 25 countries.

Shipping costs vary depending on the product's weight, the number of items in your order, and your specific location. Your shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on these factors.

Pre-orders: Our pre-order products can take up to 7-10 weeks to ship, depending on the item’s complexity. You can find more information about our pre-order process above.

All other items: If you ordered an item currently in stock, those items are shipped within 3-5 business days.

No. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to go through each order individually to separate out the items. The shipping will have been covered at that point as well and will only allow us to create one label. If you'd like to receive an in-stock item sooner than the pre-order item's estimated time, please make a separate order.

If you have made an order with both and would like to separate them, please contact support@voidmonster.org.

Pre-orders: We offer a full refund on all pre-orders within the first 30 days of the pre-order period ending. We can not offer a refund after this time period as all orders will have been submitted to our manufacturer by this point. If you'd like to return your pre-order item once it is received please contact support@voidmonster.org.

All other items: We offer a full refund and return label within the first 14 days of receiving an item.

No. We pride ourselves in not using AI tools and image generating tools in our process. We are staunchly against this and strive to work with artists who produce work without using these tools.

Yes, but only a limited quantity will be available. We have to order an additional 10-15% of stock to help make up for any missing stock or lost packages. Any remaining items from this additional stock will become available later in the year that a pre-order item is released. Be sure to sign up for emails so you will get notified when those items become available again!

We are a small business and can only manage so much at one time. Continually having stock available makes day to day management of the business much more difficult. We also can't predict how much stock will be necessary when ordering from our manufacturers. Some items are more popular than others and we want to make sure as many people can get their hands on our items as possible.

Unfortunately, it is a longer wait time, but it allows us to be more flexible and take our time between drops to plan and prepare for the next one!
